JD McClanahan is a planner for the Champaign County Regional Planning Commission. His office is working with the City of Urbana to create a plan for spending $12.97 million in federal pandemic relief funds, allocated to Urbana from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021. He asked for help publicizing this effort as well as the survey we as residents can submit to inform decision makers. McClanahan says:
